Mr. Francis Leoroy Thomas, 83, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022. Mr. Thomas was born March 31, 1939 in Galveston, Texas. A memorial service for Mr. Thomas will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at McBride Funeral Home in Texas City.
