Frances "Fran" M. Ryan, 90, of Hooksett, NH, and formerly of Manchester, died August 5, 2022, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease.
Born in Manchester, NH, on August 9, 1931, she was the daughter of Albert and Marguerite (Chapdelaine) Fletcher, Sr. She resided in the Queen City all her life before moving to Hooksett.
Fran graduated from Manchester High School Central.
Until her retirement, she was employed at Retail Credit Company for many years.
She was a longtime communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and later, Saint John the Baptist Church.
Fran loved her family who were the center of her life, and she will always be remembered for her sweet and humble ways.
She was an avid New England Patriot fan, enjoyed traveling, especially to Disney World and playing the piano.
Family members include two daughters, Joan Clark and her husband, William, Jacqueline Boucher, and her husband, Paul; a son, Thomas Ryan; four grandchildren, Jon Clark, Elizabeth Brooks, Olivia Boucher, and Alec Boucher; four great-grandchildren, Ethan, Amelia, Harper, and Mia; a brother, Roger Fletcher and his wife, Barbara; and several nieces and nephews.
She was married to her husband of forty-one years, William P. Ryan who died in 1993. She was also predeceased by a son, Daniel Ryan, and a brother, Albert J. Fletcher, Jr.
Services: A mass of Christian burial will take place Thursday, August 11, 2022, at 10 AM, in Saint John the Baptist Church, 12 School Street, Allenstown, NH, 03275.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, NH.
The Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union Street, Manchester, NH, is in charge of the arrangements.
