GREENWOOD - Flora A. Burks, 90, of 213 N. Bethune Street, departed this walk of life on Monday, September 23, 2024. She was born in Greenwood County April 28, 1934 to the late Deacon Calvin Mosley and the late Elease Booker Mosley.
She was preceded in death in addition to her parents, a brother, Deacon Johnnie C. Mosley.
She leaves to cherish her memories two sisters, Emma Lee Calhoun and Susie Annette Mosley both of Greenwood.
Services will be held on Monday, September 30, 2024 at Noon at Flint Hill Baptist Church with Reverend William H. Booker, Sr. officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, September 29, 2024 starting 1:00 pm until 6:00 PM.
The family is at the home.
