Ferris Mullins passed away on November 28, 2024 at the age of 94.
He was born on December 16, 1929 in Clintwood, VA and grew up on the Cranes Nest river in Dickinson County.
As a young man he served in the US Army and was a Korean War Combat Veteran.
Ferris will always be remembered for his optimistic attitude, great sense of humor and the unconditional love he had for his family. He loved watching sports, especially baseball and football.
He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Versa Mullins, daughter Patricia Toler, granddaughter Priscilla
Mullins, brothers Ralph Mullins, Jack Mullins and sisters Nelma Counts, Lois Sluss and Ernestine Hopson.
Ferris is survived by his wife Ruby Mullins, children Mike Mullins (Erica), Carl Mullins, James Mullins, and
Pam Maley, a brother Wayne Mullins and sisters Jean Perrigan and Linda Mullins, his grandchildren
Sara Walker, Aaron Toler, Lindsey Mullins, Caroline Maley, Emily Toler, Jeremy Maley, Stephanie Maley,
Betsy Toler, Justinian Mullins and Tyler Mullins, great grandchildren Evan Maley, Jack Brown, Luke
Brown, Sam Walker, John Walker, Lillie Mullins, McKenna Mullins, Lianna Mullins, Liam Mullins, Isla
Mullins and many nieces and nephews.
