Felina Dawn Lewis, 34, of Laurel, went to the mansions of Heaven with her babies on March 20, 2020.
Felina was born on October 20, 1985 in Connersville, Indiana to Daphne Benita (Steele) Lewis and the late John Calvin Lewis Sr. She attended Laurel Elementary School and was a 2004 graduate of Franklin County High School. She was a talented artist who enjoyed drawing, listening to music, and spending time with her family. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, sister-in-law, cousin, and friend to many. She was a devoted single mother; whose three children were her world.
On October 6th, 2006 Felina gave birth to her son, Ethan U. Williams, who joined her in Heaven on March 20, 2020.
On November 14th, 2012 she gave birth to her oldest daughter, Elysium U. Lewis. Elysium attended school at Laurel Elementary and was a beautiful little girl who loved being with her sisters, Mya and Zoey, and her cousins, as well as playing at her grandma's house. She joined her mother in Heaven on March 20, 2020.
On October 22nd, 2015, she gave birth to Kylee Z. Mosier. Kylee was a lively little girl who loved coloring pictures to hang on her grandma's refrigerator. She wanted to be big like her brother and sister, and was loved by her family, sisters and cousins. She joined her mother in Heaven on March 20, 2020.
Felina was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, George D. Lewis and Beatrice C. (Blevins) Lewis; her maternal grandfather, David W. Steele; her father, John C. Lewis Sr.; her sister, Mica Durham, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Survivors include her grandmother, Lucille (Gay) Steele; her mother, Daphne B. Lewis and stepfather, Michael R. Durham, all of Laurel; her brothers, John C. Lewis Jr., Dewey D. (Haley) Lewis, Michael (Trish) Durham; and her sister, Melissa (Josh) Dixon, as well as nieces and nephews, Alyssa (Daniel), Johnny, Dewey Jr., Daisey, Darla, Dylan, Katie, Christian, Ryan, Drew, Grace, Gwendolyn, Brendon, Brady, Kyle, and many, many, cousins and friends.
