Felicitas Zepeda 48, of Midland, passed away Monday April 26, 20201 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. She was born July 18, 1972 in Midland to Santiago Zepeda and Gloria Retana Zepeda. She was a customer service rep and a very devout Christian. She married Jose Torres July 4, 1990 in Midland.
Felicitas had a beautiful soul with an even more beautiful smile. She
could light up a room and could bring understanding to a situation that
seemed doubtful. She prided herself in being family oriented and was
very selfless when it came to that aspect. Always put others first, loved
her kids very much and her grandchildren even more. She always said
that is who she fought her battles for and its was proven time and time
again with her being a previous cancer survivor. The only thing stronger
than the fight in her was her belief she bestowed in God. Throughout
every obstacle she faced her Faith in God remained as strong as ever.
Her continued positive outlook on life was inspiring and she always left
an impact on anyone she came across, her ability to make someone
laugh or put a smile on a face was contagious. If there was a lesson I
believe she wanted anyone to take from her is to live life everyday in
the moment, cherish the memories being made, and love like there is
no tomorrow. She had a very caring and forgiving heart, one that never
held grudges and one that could love unconditionally. The memories
she shared with others will never be taken for granted and she will truly
be missed. She will always be loved and will always love others!
"Peace Be Still"
