Felicia Cangro, 97, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. She was a daughter of the late Julian and Anna (Zaborowski) Bobrowski. Felicia was born and raised in Springfield and was a graduate of Commerce High School. She worked for 46 years at New England Telephone Company as a Telephone Operator. She now joins her beloved husband of 61 years, Felix Cangro, who passed away in February, 2023. She is also predeceased by her brothers Zigmund "Ziggy" Bobrowski and Michael "Mitch" Bobrowski. She will be missed by many dear nieces, nephews, and friends including Anne Bobrowski, Michael Bobrowski, Patricia Laporte and her husband William Laporte, and Janice Wilson and her husband Alan Wilson. Felicia was also a loving and caring "grandmother" and GiGi to Niki Willis, Cassandra Rizzuto and her daughters Harley and Violet. Felicia was a faithful parishioner of St. Michaels Parish in East Longmeadow. She enjoyed shopping, attending the antique car club with her husband, playing scrabble, cooking, playing golf and going out for Sunday drives. Family and friends are invited to gather on Monday, January 29, 2024 from 9 – 10 AM at Forastiere Smith Funeral and Cremation 220 N. Main Street., East Longmeadow. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be at 11 AM at St. Michael's Parish, Maple Street, East Longmeadow. Burial will follow in St. Michaels Cemetery, Springfield. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN.
