Helen Adele Roltsch (n?e Roscher), age 89, died peacefully in her sleep on January 19, 2021 in Prince William County - her home for many years. Born in Mt. Vernon, New York, Mrs. Roltsch spent much of her childhood and young adult life in Bogota, New Jersey. She married Albert Lawrence Roltsch and together, they had five children - Al Roltsch, H. Jan Roltsch-Anoll, Mark Roltsch, Tom Roltsch, and Marilyn Roltsch Dent. Mrs. Roltsch was a unique woman in many respects. Baxter was born on December 2, 1926 in the Sugar Grove Community of Watauga County, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Dixie Glenn and Benjamin W. Farthing.
