Evangeline Stewart was born April 4th, 1962 in New Orleans, LA to Dorothy S. Wilson and the late Herman R. Wilson. She departed this life on Monday, July 4, 2022. She leaves to cherish her husband Michael B. Stewart, daughter Racquel M. Morrison, two granddaughters: Ranisha and Faith, three sisters: Crestonia, Artisha, and Swanezette, and a host of family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers and members of Israel Baptist Church and Cypress Grove Baptist Church; employees of Marshalls, Louisiana Purchase Kitchen, Walmart and Total Community Action are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at 10am at Cypress Grove Baptist Church, 901 31st St., Kenner, LA. Viewing will begin at 9am. Interment: Providence Memorial Park, Metairie, LA. Richardson Funeral Home of Jefferson, River Ridge, LA in charge of arrangements.
