She & Don traveled extensively with their children. As their children got older they decided to purchase and RV and their love traveling expanded. After retirement, she & Don became avid members of Campers On Mission. They were able to conjoin their love for traveling and their service to God for over 24 years until her dementia advanced to the point where it was no longer safe to do so. Her final wishes were to live out the remainder of her life at home, where she was lovingly cared for by her husband Don, daughter Deanna, Atrium Hospice Staff, and daughter - in- law Elizabeth.
