Born Eugene Straach born November 24, 1921 at Miles, Runnels County Texas. Preceded in death, Father Reinhold Mother Margarethe and Brother James Allen. Wife Ellen.

Eugene owner of Grove Auto supply, Grove Color inc 7930-38 Lake June Rd. Dallas, Texas for over 50 years. Member of Central Lutheran Church Dallas, Texas. Member Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Shriners.

Survived by children Deanna Greer, Linda Picon, Gary and Richard Straach, 10 grand children, 17 great grandchildren, services will be held as follows Visitation Thursday, October 1, 2020 6-8pm at Grove Hill Funeral home. Funeral service at Central Lutheran Church 1000 Easton Rd. Dallas, TX on Friday October 2, 2020 at 10am. Committal service at Rowena Protestant Cemetery on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 3pm.
