Jillson, Ernest "Buz" 88, of Riverview Florida passed away October 8 th , 2021 at South Bay Hospital in Sun City Center. Ernest was born and raised in Cambridge Massachusetts. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest George Jillson and Edna Theresa Croake, and his oldest daughter Diane Conley. Ernest is survived by his wife Elaine M Jillson, his two sons Ernest and Michael Jillson, two daughters Susan Martin and Tracy Shaw, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ernest served in the USAF from February 10 th 1953 to February 9 th of 1957. He attended jet aircraft mechanic training at Amarillo AFB in Texas from May through August of 1953, then continued as an aircraft mechanic for the 37 th Fighter Interceptor Squadron at Ethan Allen AFB in Vermont. Upon his honorable separation from the USAF, Ernest married his sweetheart Elaine Boucher and spent the next fifty years in Brockton Massachusetts, where they raised their five children. As a parishioner at Saint Nicholas Church in Abington, Ernest spent many hours volunteering as an extraordinary minister, CCD teacher, and running the weekly bingo night. Ernest and his wife Elaine later moved to Riverview Florida to live out their senior years closer to family members. Ernest's memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, October 26th at Resurrection
