Emily loved as she lived, fiercely and without apology. Although faced with many challenges at a young age, she fought every battle with courage and determination to the best of her ability. She will be remembered as a beloved granddaughter, sister, niece, and cousin, but also as a dear friend. She touched the lives of many people in her short time on Earth, and although she struggled in her own life, she never hesitated to be a listening ear to anyone in need. She was born February 15th, 1992 to Paula J. Freeman and James F. Hudson.
She is preceded in death by both her parents and her paternal grandfather, Jack L. Hudson. She passed away peacefully the night of August 16th, 2018, after being surrounded by family and friends in her last hours. She is survived by both grandmothers, Susan M. Freeman and Eleanor L. Hudson; her maternal grandfather, John C. Freeman; her sister, Jennifer C. Hudson; and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will make sure her memory endures.
