I am going to prepare a place for you, when everything is ready, I will come and get you so that you will always be with me where I am.
On the morning of March 20, 2021 we lost our Queen, Elodia Trevino, 86 years old, born on November 20, 1934 to Teofilo and Aeropaja G. Trevino in San Juan, TX.
Elodia is survived by her sister, Aeropaja (Gilberto+) Flores, many nieces and nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Ciro (Toni), Teofilo (Nena), Leonel, Agustin, her sister, Alicia Vasquez (Ray) and a nephew Ciro Leonel.
Elodia was raised in San Juan and lived many years in Pharr. She attended PSJA Schools, Pan American University and worked many years at the PSJA School District at Edison School where she retired.
Elodia, you will be greatly missed and you will always remain in our hearts. We will all share those fond memories and the warmth you always offered us. We ask God to bless you and guide you in your journey to eternal life.
We give our thanks to all for your prayers. We also like to thank everyone who played a role in helping out in caring for Elodia when she most needed it. She touched many lives and we are privileged that we touched hers.
Elodia will have visitation on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. A chapel service will commence at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston of Pharr
