On November 28, 2020, Elizabeth Alice Olthof, mother, sister, and friend, passed away at the age of 53 in Charlotte. Lizzy was born on March 8, 1967 in Savannah, Georgia to Sharon Clark and Paul Olthof. She was raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina where she attended Winthrop University. She spent summers in Santee with her cousins. In her early twenties she moved to St. Augustine, Florida where she met and married the love of her life, Nick. They had a daughter together, Sophia. They ran a produce business before moving back to the Carolinas. She lit up any room she walked into with her blonde hair and fun loving personality. She was a child of God and her relationship with Him did not contain itself to one house of worship. Her humor, contagious laugh and quick wit will be remembered by all who knew her. She had a passion for flowers and gardening that was given to her by her mother, and passed down to her daughter as well.
The memories of Elizabeth will be lived through her best friend; Nick, their daughter, Sophia Pallone. Two brothers; Philip (& Robin), Scott (& Emily.) Uncle; David Clark of Georgia. Cousins; Cathy & Sharon of Santee. Two true friends who she considered sisters; Melissa and Donna. Her many nieces and nephews; Jamie, Hannah, Tyler, Moira, Ryan, Marion, Lucky, and Ace. She will be reunited with her parents in heaven.
There will a celebration of life at a later date in Charlotte and Rock Hill.
