Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Sogan Schart, 68, of Highland Village, Texas passed away Friday August 20, 2021 in the comfort of her home surrounded by family and friends.
She was born January 9, 1953, in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late George "Dudach" and Tommy L Sogan.
Betty believed that family and friendships were the most important thing in life, dedicating her time to selflesslysupporting the ones she loved. Whether it be her 30 year Woo Woo sisterhood, The Newcomers Club at Ponte Vedra Beach, or her greatest pride, her family, Betty always focused on life experiences surrounded by love and laughter.
Surviving are sons, Matthew R. (Kristyn) and Kurtis S. (Caitlin) Schart; brother George H. "Sonny" (Kathe Skaggs) Sogan of Mingo Junction; five grandchildren, Tyler Schart, Nolan Schart, Emmalyn Schart, Ethan Schart and Ryker Schart; and many cousins.
Family & Friends will be received at the Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 740 S Edmonds Ln., Lewisville (TX), on Saturday September 4 formemorial services at 2:00 p.m.,
