Elia Rose Escalante Sexton, age 76, born February 28, 1946, in Oxnard, California. She passed away on March 31, 2022 peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends, after a lengthy illness. Services will be on Monday, April 11th, 2022, at 9:30am, located at Santa Clara Cemetery, Oxnard, California. Elia is survived by her husband, Albert Sexton Sr., and her 2 children, Christina Waterlander (Robert), and Albert Sexton Jr., and her closest nephew, Jason Escalante Brown, her 3 grandchildren, Madison Waterlander, Rebecca Sexton, and Joshua Sexton. She will always have a place in our hearts, and our memories with her will be cherished forever.
