Mrs. Eleanor Bostick Hickson, entered into rest, Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in Piedmont Augusta Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her oldest son Derrick Tooley.
Mrs. Hickson is survived by her husband Samuel Hickson of 65 years; children, Gregory Hickson, Doretha Roberts, and Deborah Hickson Smith; siblings, Freddie Bostick, Gwendolyn Lucas, Gloria Small, Kathy Melton, Ernest Porter, and Patricia Porter; grandchildren, Deidra, Sharee, Nicara, Ashley, and Quinn; and a host of great-grandchildren, other relatives and loving friends.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Historic First Ebenezer Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing, Wednesday the 9th from 2 to 6 PM at Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road. (706) 790-8858
