EJ "Jeep" Webb, 91 of Borger went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 26, 2021 in Amarillo.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at First Baptist Church Borger. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulia, TX at 3:00 pm Wednesday under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Family and friends visitation will be Tuesday March 30, 2021 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Jeep was born December 27, 1929 at Cooper, TX to Paul Hampton Webb and Lura Mae (Hendley) Webb. He married Norma LaVon Thompson September 14, 1950 in Tulia, Tx He was a teacher, coach, bus driver for the Borger Bulldogs. He was always there for the students, teachers, coaches, friends and family with an encouraging smile and a hug. He helped many reach their goals because of his positive influence and lifelong lessons. He was inducted into Panhandle Sports hall of fane in 2011.
Preceding him in death was his Parents, his wife of 67 years, son Terry Lee Webb, brother Paul Howard Webb and two sisters Bess McWilliams; Jo Trout.
Surviving is his daughter Tana Stephens and Cliff of Lubbock, TX. Son Typ Webb and Dixie of Amarillo. Brother Billy Ray Webb of Amarillo. Three grandchildren Tanner Webb and Olivia of Borger; Christy Loafman and Casey of Shallowater; Brandon Stephens and Christa of Lubbock. Seven great grandchildren Avary, Conner, Hadlee, Jaxon, Reid and Penelope.
