Edward P. Jenkins, 55, passed away suddenly in his residence on Thursday, February 25th.
Edward was born on October 15, 1965 in Elgin, IL to the late Ernest R. Jenkins and Linda L. (Walstrom) Kopcak. Edward is survived by his sister, Lorri L. Rowan of Cleveland, OH and two brothers, John F. (Janet) Jenkins and Ernest R. (Jamie) Jenkins both of Grayson, KY, a special niece, Shelli Jenkins of Grayson, KY and numerous other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Shelli A, Jenkins and Wendy J. VanGor.
Edward was a resident of the Michiana area for the last twenty-eight years coming from Cleveland, OH. He was a Master Chef at Tippecanoe Place for the last twenty-seven years. Also, he was a chef for many political leaders and dignitaries throughout the years. He loved being a Master Chef and will be greatly missed by numerous friends he made during his life journey. He was loved by numerous family and friends and be loved working long hours.
He truly enjoyed cooking, racquetball, all sports but especially the Cleveland Browns, Notre Dame and any contact sport. He was involved in the American Culinary Federation Apprentice Program.

A service will be held in Cleveland, OH at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
