Edward Lee Davis, 95, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Longwood Community Care in Booneville. He was born in Booneville on January 11, 1927, to Charlie Graves Davis and Leslie Lily Cockrell Davis. He was Veteran of the United States Army and retired from Blue Print.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at 11:30 AM at Tuscumbia Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. John Cagle will deliver the message. Visitation will be Wednesday at Booneville Funeral Home from 10:00 until 11:00 AM. Booneville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his son, Garry Davis and his wife, Debra, of The Villages, FL; grandson, Aaron Davis of Moseley, VA; daughter-in-law, Shannon Nickens Davis of Moseley, VA; great-grandson, Aidan Davis and great-granddaughter, Olivia Davis, both of Moseley, VA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Davis, his parents, four brothers and five sisters.
