Ed Thomas

On October 9, 2023, Ed Thomas passed gently from this life surrounded by family and his loving wife, Patricia, with whom he cherished every moment. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He was especially loved and respected by his grandchildren. His influence extended beyond family into the community as he dedicated countless hours and boundless energy as a youth league coach and, later, as a coach for the Little League Challengers. Ed was an avid gardener, golfer and loved playing softball with friends and taking his children and grandchildren fishing. He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 11 am to 12 pm where a service will immediate follow at Adams-Green Funeral Home in Herndon, Virginia, with a private burial to be held at Lakeview Cemetery in Hamilton, VA.
