Dr. John E. Blackaller, 82, of Victoria passed away November 14, 2022. He was born September 14, 1940 in Houston to Gale and Marie Louise Blackaller. John was a former city councilman and mayor of Victoria as well as an orthodontist.
He is survived by his wife, Susie Blackaller and sister, Mary Beth Luce.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Judy Murphree.
Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Adopt a Pet.
