Douglas R. Blais

Blais, Douglas R. - 74 of Indiana, PA, passed away on July 7, 2023 in Martinsburg. He was born on July 29, 1948 in Buffalo, NY. Doug was the son of Robert and Thelma "Mildred" (Fahey) Blais. He is preceded in death by his parents. Doug is survived by his wife Karen (Smith) Blais of Indiana and his children: Douglas Blais, Andrew Blais, Tarra Blais of Wilmington, NC and Kevin Blais of Indiana, PA, his grandchildren: CJ and Crystianna Pearson. He was the brother of Nancy wife of Guy West of Levittown, PA. Doug was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. He was a retired Veterinarian. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 10 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church in Portage, Fr. Callistus Elue, Celebrant. Military Rites at the church by the Portage Ritual Team.
