Dorothy Cecelia Mosholder, 101, of Rockwood, died peacefully at home surrounded by family. She is a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Brown) Caton. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Harry H. Mosholder; siblings, Carl Werner, Panzie Thomas, Kathleen Meyers, Mary Edna Snyder and Margaret Race. She is survived by her children, Patricia Mosholder and Harry W. (Donna) Mosholder. She is also survived by grandchildren, William (Kathryn) Mosholder and Matthew A. (Amanda) Mosholder; and great-grandchildren, Aidan, Ian, Logan and Sarah. Dorothy was a committed gardener and kept up with her garden until she was 98, and never had a single weed in it. She enjoyed spending time with her family and making her great-grandchildren "Grammy Soup". She loved canning, baking, crocheting and doing crafts. She was an expert at milking cows and could milk 17 cows by hand. Dorothy was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. A visitation will be held at 12pm at St. Peter's Catholic Church until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 pm. The family requests memorial contributions be directed to St. Peter's Catholic School, 433 W. Church St, Somerset, PA 15501, or In Touch Hospice, 1474 N.
