Dorothy Alice Cadman, 84, of Lake Panasoffkee and formerly of Jefferson Boro, PA passed away on June 12, 2020 at New Horizon Assisted Living in Inverness, FL. She was born on August 1, 1935 in Brownsville, PA to William Henry Fosbrink and Ann (Antonovich) Fosbrink. Dorothy was the loving wife of the late William D. Cadman until his passing in 1998. She enjoyed crafting and was a member of the Bushnell Presbyterian Church for many years. Dorothy operated the Senior Center in Lake Panasoffkee for 23 years. She is survived by her daughter, Faith DeBellis (David) of Lake Panasoffkee; a grandson, Paul Gilbert (Jenna); great-grandchildren, Daxton and Rayne. Dorothy is also survived by her sister, Beverly Orr and her brother, Robert Fosbrink (Dolores) and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Dorothy was predeceased by her daughter Peggy Cadman, brother William Fosbrink and her brother-in-law Samuel Orr. Services will be held at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell on Friday, July 3, 2020 at 9:00 am. Purcell Funeral Home, Bushnell, Florida.
