Dorothy Baugh was born July 29, 1931 in New York. Her parents are Kenneth Elliott Moir ( born May 27, 1908/ died 1932)and Christina Gamberelli ( born 1913 NY). Her great grandfather wrote a book on the Moir Genealogy. His name is Alexander Leighton Moir born April 17, 1864 died December 9, 1914. Dorothy lived a full life from living in China to teach English. Working in social services to help children in MI. Caring for her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving Aunt Dot to her siblings children. She was a crafty knitter with yarn, an excellent baker of pies, and loved Elvis Presley.
Dorothy was married to Russell Leroy Baugh in 1952. They had one child Russell Benard Baugh on September 11, 1953 in Jackson MI. They adopted a daughter born in 1966, Tammy. After the divorce Dorothy raised both kids by herself. She was a strong independent woman who loved her family.
She leaves behind her daughter Tammy and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She's rejoined with our Heavenly Father, her son, parents, siblings and a few great grandkids.
