Doris Nassar, born March 29, 1931, passed on February 26, 2022, with much of her family by her side removing herself from the limitations of this physical existence. Born in Massachusetts, she and her husband Victor moved to Stuart with their young family in 1969. Working as the office manager of Haverty's and raising her four children, she modeled the work-life balance always making time for the important things in life. She was predeceased by her daughter, Beth Milam, her husband, Victor, and her parents, George and Allie Rivernider. She leaves a daughter Diane and husband Bill Lents, son Jim Nassar and wife Sandy, son-in-law Allen Milam and wife Dee Dee, and son Paul Nassar and wife Beth, as well as a multitude of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and even 3 great-great grandchildren. A woman from and with the heart of God, she leaves a legacy of love, mercy, kindness, humbleness, goodness, and compassion. She fought the good fight with dignity, modeling a life committed to grace and gratitude, and even in her transition encouraged each of us who were privileged to be involved during this difficult period. May we all embrace these characteristics as we move forward without her. We love you, Mom!
