Donna Jean Rinehart Tribbitt Donna passed away peacefully at home on July 11, 2022, surrounded by her family and in the arms of her loving husband, John. Donna was born in Little Creek, Del., April 22, 1957, daughter of Irvin and Jeanette Lynch. Donna loved living in town, she spent her whole life in Little Creek and had many fun stories to tell. She was proud of her heritage and deep roots in Little Creek.Her Grandfather, Irvin Lynch, Sr. was a Port Mahon lighthouse keeper (1912-1939), her father Irvin Jr. was born in the lighthouse. Donna's father was a co-founder of the Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company. Donna's mother was co-founder of the Little Creek Volunteer Fire Companies Ladies Auxiliary.Donna worked as a paraprofessional for the Capital School District, until retiring after 33 years of service.When Donna was not caring for family & working around the house her biggest joy was spending time with her husband at their camper in Longneck. Donna loved boating, her dogs, her sons, but above all she loved being with her husband, they were almost inseparable from the day they met.Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Jeanette Lynch, along with her beloved daughter-in-law Sherry Rinehart. Survivors include her husband of 19 years, John Tribbitt, six sons Michael Rinehart (Sherry), Matthew Rinehart (Rebecca), Marshall Tribbitt (Brittany), Aaron Tribbitt (Sarah), Kyle Tribbitt (Amy), Wesley Tribbitt (Mollie). 7 Grandchildren: Allison, Connor, Brandon, Maddison, Chase, Aubrey & Charlotte. Father-in-law, Robert Tribbitt, Cousin Bobby Kreighbaum, sister-in-law Deanna Marcelo (Victor), nephews Victor IIII and Luke, and best friend to Donna and John, Ernie Dorrier.Funeral services will be held 12 Noon, Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
