Donna Mae Smith Tefft

Donna Mae Smith Tefft, 74, of Currituck, NC, longtime resident of Kill Devil Hills, NC, died Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center.

Born in Jamestown, NY on June 30, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Betty Thompson Love and Durward A. Smith.

Donna was an active member of Liberty Christian Fellowship and their ladies' group, Women at the Well.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald R. Tefft; daughter, Chelsie Tefft; son, William C. Chapman (Anita); two stepsons, Jason and Joel Tefft; two grandchildren, Rachel and Lauren McCarthy; three step-grandchildren, Asher, Rowan, and Kris Tefft; and two sisters, Kay Weisbrod and Candice Loveless.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Liberty Christian Fellowship, 244 Williams Drive, Kill Devil Hills.
