On June 1,2022 Donald M. Trowbridge a lifelong resident of Kingston passed away peacefully with his 2 daughters by his side. Don recently (2020) settled into a retired lifestyle in a new home in Fort Pierce, Florida after losing his wife of 58 years. He was born at Kingston Hospital in 1941 to the late Gladys (Rau) and Martin Trowbridge.He graduated Kingston High School in 1961 and married the love of his life Carol Amato in 1962. Don started his career at Parsons Ford. He soon went on to become a Master Electrician and worked at Hudson Cement, Independent Cement and Peckham Industries. He also owned and operated Mikes Office Furniture and Trowphy Electric. Don is predeceased by his wife Carol Trowbridge. He is also predeceased by siblings Ruth Mondore, Susan LaLima and Walter Trowbridge. He is survived by his daughters Jane Auricchio and Lynda Trowbridge (Penny). Also by Grandchildren Justin VanSteenburg (Courtney), Joslyn VanSteenburg (Jessie Cannie) and Arianna Auricchio. Great Grandchildren Justice Jackson, Champion Cannie, Issac and Zoe Mae VanSteenburg. One surviving cousin Earl Rau (Cathy). Nieces and Nephews and many dear friends. He enjoyed owning classic cars and going to car shows and was a HAM Radio Operator his entire life. He was a Parishoner of St Colmans and St. Catherine Laboure'.
