Donald I. Shriner of Harrisburg, formerly of Frackville, passed away Wednesday January 20, 2021 at Penn State Hershey Medical Center at 60 years old.
Don was born August 26, 1960, in Middletown and was a graduate of North Schuylkill High School.
Don is predeceased by his father, William, and brothers Billy and Terry. He is survived by his mother, Linda, of Lavelle, and two sisters, Maryanne (Greg) Knaub, of Mechanicsburg, and Jean Shriner, of Lavelle. In addition to his wife, Jacqui with whom he had been married for 34 years, he is survived by a daughter, Fallon (Anthony) Cesarini, of Huntingdon Valley and sons, Codey Shriner, of San Francisco, CA and Matthew Shriner, of Harrisburg. "Big D" loved spending time with his grandchildren Antonella, Stella and Milo who adored him.
Don was employed by Sands Ford of Pottsville as the Finance Manager where he took great pride in getting his customers into the cars of their dreams. He had previously worked with his sister at Renewed Hearing Solutions in Camp Hill and his father at the Shriner Insurance Agency in Lavelle. An avid outdoorsman, Don enjoyed hunting, fishing and target shooting. He loved riding his Harley and was a member of the Harley Davidson Owners Club.
At this time no formal services are planned, a celebration of life with family will occur at a later date.
