Donald D. Pope, 67, of Cisco, Texas passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 3 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church with Kevin Morton officiating. Burial will follow the service at Cross Plains Memorial Park in Cross Plains, Texas. The family will have a time of visitation on Friday, July 2 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Higginbotham Funeral Home Chapel in Cross Plains, Texas.

Donald was born October 31, 1953 in Coleman, Texas to the late Walter William Pope Sr. and Virginia Belle Baird-Pope.

Donald was preceded by his wife, Ellisa Lewis-Pope; parents, brother, Richard Pope; grandson, Cody Cornell.

Donald is survived by his, daughters, Jennifer and husband, Ronald Cornell Jr. of Blanket; Jessica Pope and partner, Susan Brown of San Antonio; Victoria Shai Pope-Hall and husband, Troy Hall of Robert Lee; 10 grandchild, Cameron Cornell, Rhionna Cornell, Layla Row, Clayton Pope, Rhyder Row, Carson Pope, Emma Anderson, Sunnie Anderson, Tayden Hall, and Tinsley Hall; 1 great grandchildren, Lincoln Cornell; brothers, Walter Pope and wife, Beverly of Cross Plains; Baylis Pope and wife, Judy of Cross Plains; Joe Pope and wife, Joan of Stephenville; Ronald Pope and wife, Debbi of San Angelo.
