51, of Belle passed away August 3, 2024 following a short illness.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from East Bank High School in 1991. Donnie was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He lived life to the fullest, had a passion for music and loved his guitar. He could also be found in the woods picking molly moochers. Donnie was the life of any party or gathering. He would always tell me was going to Tennessee, "I'm outta here."
Preceding him in death were his father, Donald Lee Duncan Sr. and grandson, Scotty Belcher Jr.
Surviving are his daughter, Emily Dawn Williams (Makynna Faye Belcher); mother, Brenda Kay Green; sister, Dawn Bare; and brother, Larry Wayne McNeely Jr.
Donnie had a brother from another mother, Chris Stanley and a special bond with Chris' kids, Nolan Stanley, Norman Stanley and Leah Stanley-Green, they called him Uncle Duncan.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Fidler and Frame Funeral Home, Belle with Pastor David Clark officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Slaughters Creek. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Sunday.
Donnie had lots of friends, was loved by many and will never be forgotten.
