Dominic "Dick" Gabriel Dipuccio
In loving memory of Dominic Gabriel Dipuccio, known to family and friends as "Dick, Dickie" or "PawPaw Dick". He was born in Galveston, Texas on November 8, 1927 to Dominick and Ana Olga Doskocil Dipuccio and passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 97. Dick passed away peacefully at his home in Bayou Vista, Texas
Dick joined the Merchant Marines at the very end of WWII. He went to radio school while he was in the Merchant Marines. He also worked as a tugboat captain for G&H towing in Galveston and Bloodworth Towing out of Houston, Texas. Dick also work construction in Texas City as a Boilermaker and as a Pipefitter out of LU #211until he retired in the 90's.
Dick grew up and lived in Galveston for many years until he moved to Bayou Vista in the 1980's. Dick loved to fish, and this was the ideal place for him. Dick and his youngest son Robbie were always on the water either fishing or crabbing. Nobody could clean a fish better than Dick because he would not let you. It was something he just wanted to do.
He was preceded in death by his parents Dominick and Anna Dipuccio, his oldest daughter Anna Lee and her son Anthony, his youngest son Robert "Robbie" Dipuccio, his sisters Mary Sullivan and Stephania Fox and brothers Charlie Dipuccio and Robert "Uncle Bobby" Dipuccio, grandson Randy Bethea, and granddaughter Nannette Anderwald.
Dickie is survived by his oldest son Richard W. Dipuccio and youngest daughter Melissa A. Marcum. Daughter-in-law Margaret "LuLu" Paoli, His grandchildren Shena Johnson, Julie A. Ross, Richard A. Dipuccio, Carrie Dipuccio, Robin Moeller and Chivas Guynes. He also has several great grandchildren, Dillon, Skyler, Trevor, Greyson, River, Brandon, Brooke, Bridgeatte, Farrell, Matthew and Daniel.

As per Dickie's wishes there will be no service or visitations.
