Dolores "Dolly" Pomaville, formerly of Warren, passed away June 2, 2022 at the age of 92. She was born July 26, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan to Raymond and Mary (nee Knoila) Kortas.
Devoted and beloved wife of the late Clarence "Chuck". Dearest mother of Sandra (Jack) Tapp, Susan (Jim) Bommarito, Donald (Lora) and Robert (Amy). Proud grandmother of Mark (Kelly), Lisa (Garrick), Michelle (Dr. Ron), Matthew, Kristy (Josh), Sarah (Bryan), David (Rebecca), Brooke, Rebecca and Jenna. Precious great grandmother of Kamryn, Alaina, Johnathan, Addison, Bella, Meghan, Luke, Nolan, Zander, Ollie, Grayson, Owen, Madelyn and another baby due in July. Dear sister of Marcia Kortas, the late Ray Kortas, Jr. and the late Pat Dembinski. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation Wednesday 3-8 p.m. with 7:00 p.m. Scripture Service at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc., 11470 Thirteen Mile Road (west of Hoover) Warren. Instate Thursday 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 10 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 22412 Overlake St. (corner of Mack Ave.) St. Clair Shores. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations addressed to The Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital are preferred.
