DOLORES "DOLLY" J. CLARK

Dolores "Dolly" J. (Whitney) Clark, 87, of Wellsboro, passed away Tuesday October 4, 2022, at Broad Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born October 26, 1934, in Wellsboro, to Jake A. and Gertrude (Spencer) Whitney. Dolly graduated from Wellsboro Area High School in the class of "52" and married Phillip J. Clark. She worked as an Auto Travel Counselor for AAA in Florida.Dolly is survived by a son: David J. Clark, of New Port Richey, Fla.; two brothers: Jerry C. Whitney (Lora), of Clarksville, Tenn., and Donald Whitney (Lucille), of Wellsboro; nieces and great-nieces and great-nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sons: Stephen and Douglas Clark.In accordance with her wishes her family has entrusted the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, 139 Main Street, Wellsboro, with her arrangements, and there will be no public services.
