Dianna "Di" Frances Streeter went to be with Our Lord on October 22, 2021. She was born in Denver on January 3, 1951 to Cipriano Hernandez and Dolores Castillo. Di and Oliver met in Denver, Colorado. They married January 16, 1971, celebrating 50 years of marriage. They resided in Brighton, Colorado where they raised their daughters and watched their family continue to grow. Di loved playing softball, reading, watching movies, attending the sporting events of her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and the music of Patsy Cline. If she wasn't doing any of these many activities, one of her favorite hobbies was to cook for her family and anyone who walked in the door. Her amazing ability to cook earned her the responsibility to make her green chile for all family gatherings. Her family described her as amazing, perfect, giving, and compassionate. She had a big heart and was a good listener. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her spouse of 50 years Oliver Hial Streeter; children Mercedes Velasquez (Anthony Tijerina), Jessica (Angelo) Palomino, Paula (Fred) Guerrero, and Olivia (Zach) Martinez; siblings Christina (Mike) Lopez, Genevieve (George) Cordova, Dave (Terry) Hernandez, Ray (Cathy) Hernandez, Joe (Debbie) Hernandez, Linda (Maurice) Pribble, Berta (Rick) Maestas, Lawrence Hernandez, Gerard Hernandez, and Matt (Diyiana) Hernandez; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Cipriano and Dolores; sister Joann Hernandez; great granddaughter Gabriella Velasquez; grandparents Pulveria and Manuel Castillo, and many other family members. Services were held on November 2nd, 2021.
