Destinie was born on July 10, 1988 in Lubbock. She attended school in Clovis and graduated in 2009. SURVIVORS: mother; Tanya Cosby Beatty and husband James of Clayton, father; James Baxley Sr. and wife Teresa of Lubbock, bonus mom; Virginia Williams of Church Hill, TN. siblings; James Baxley, Jr., Elizabeth Beatty, Blake Cosby, Michael Baxley, Matthew Baxley, Jimmy Ray Beatty, Heather Johnson and Robin Phillips. Aunts and Uncles; Twilia Chumney, Tammy Constancio, Trenda Sweeny and Bryan Cosby. Grandmother; Bonita Hill of Canyon, TX.
