SMITH, Ms. Desma “Dee Dee” – age 51, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Beaumont Hospital – Troy. Family hour 10:30 AM Friday, July 8, 2022 at St. John United Methodist Church, 620 University Drive., with Memorial Service commencing immediately at 11:00 AM. Pastor Lester Mangum, Officiating. There will be No Public Viewing.
Ms. Smith leaves to cherish her memory, son, Jhaylen D. Parker; siblings, LeVento (LaKeisha) Washington, Latonial Smith, Delondia “Lynet” Smith and Quincy (Shalonda) Smith; loving companion, Lawrence Parker; devoted step-dad, Charles Travis; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
Ms. Smith was preceded in death by her parents, Harriet and James Smith.
