Dennis Zettel, 65 of Little Falls, passed away unexpectedly at his home April 9, 2025.
Dennis was born in Little Falls to Lyle and Viola (Dugas) Zettel on January 9, 1960. Dennis graduated from L.F.C.H.S. class of 1978. Dennis went to Brainerd Vocational School for parts management and then worked for Standard Parts (NAPA). Dennis moved on to work for Coborn's when they opened their new store in Little Falls. After working for Coborn's for 15 years, he yearned for more independence and found that driving truck. He started out over the road and ended driving more locally with Wayne Transport for 15 years.
Dennis was an avid follower of motorsports, especially N.H.R.A. drag racing.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Lyle and Viola Zettel and his brother Steven.
He is survived by his siblings Mary (Chuck) Krueger of Newton, IA, Raymond (Lisa) Zettel of Le Sueur, MN, Marvin (Roxie) Zettel of Pelican Rapids, MN; along with great friends Brian and Leasa Killeany of Little Falls, whom he considered family; also many cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends and acquaintances made over his lifetime.
A celebration of life is planned for June 7, 2025 at the Randall VFW starting at 2:00 p.m.
