Obituary of Dennis M. Muldoon
Dennis M. Muldoon, age 62 of Weymouth, Massachusetts entered into eternal life on July 8th after a long battle with liver disease, and liver cancer. Dennis was a current resident of Belmont, Maine where he passed suddenly in his home.
Dennis was predeceased in death by his parents; Christopher and Joan Muldoon.
Dennis leaves behind his three daughters; Alyssa, Andrea, and Abigail Muldoon. He was a loving grandfather to each of their children; Cameron, Amira and Scarlett. Survived by his brothers and sisters; Joan, Christopher, Eileen, Nancy, Daniel and John. Also survived by his previous wife and lifelong friend, Laurel Muldoon.
Dennis was a long-time resident of Weymouth where he was born and attended Weymouth schools. He attended Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island where he studied Culinary Arts. Those who knew Dennis knew his love for cooking. Although he didn’t pursue a career in the industry, he always enjoyed cooking for his family, especially on holidays. He never missed a Thanksgiving making tortellini from scratch with his kids and grandkids. Dennis worked different jobs over the years that he enjoyed and was great at; data entry, land surveying, flagging, painting, and other handyman work.
Dennis will forever be remembered for his sense of humor and ability to make anyone laugh. His inappropriate, yet hilarious nicknames and phrases will never be forgotten. In addition to cooking, Dennis will be remembered for playing guitar, fishing, eating out at his favorite restaurants with his daughters, watching the Patriots, or anything involving UFOs or aircraft. “Denny” was one of a kind and he will be greatly missed.
A celebration of life for Dennis to be later announced, to be held in Weymouth, MA. Friends and family of Dennis are welcome.
In remembrance of Dennis’s life, the family requests that any charitable donations be made to the Maine Behavioral Health Non-Profit Organization of Augusta, Maine.
