Denis Mark Abrams, age 68, of Swanzey, passed away peacefully on May 3, surrounded by his family after a ten-month battle with cancer. He was born in Keene, July 24, 1954, and was a resident of Cheshire County his entire life. Denis served as an officer of the law for almost 30 years and retired as a Sheriff's Deputy in 2021. Denis is survived by his loving wife, his four daughters, all of which were his favorite, nine grandchildren, four siblings, fourteen nieces and nephews, and many other extended family members. Calling hours will be held Friday, May 12th from 4-8 pm at Fletcher Funeral Home located at 33 Marlboro St. Keene, followed by a funeral service on Saturday May 13th at 10 am at Keene Church of the Nazarene.
