Delores Belle Dias

Dolores Dias, 70, of Acworth, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens. Dolores was born on September 5, 1953 in Cartersville, GA to her parents, Cecil Davis, and Erabelle Davis. She married the love of her life, Hal Dias on February 14, 1972. Dolores worked at Allstate insurance for over 30 years and loved to write poems in her spare time. She was a loving wife and mother who took care of anyone who needed care. Dolores is survived by her husband, Hal Dias; children, Carrie Schubert (William), Jamison Dias (Heather), and Brian Dias (Jennifer); grandchildren, Jared Kennett (Katie). She is also survived by her Dogs, Scooby, Zoey, Parker, and Bailey. Dolores is preceded in death by her sister Carol Williams.
