Trinity at Harrison Funeral Home
Delia "Lile" Garcia, 88, entered the Lord's heavenly kingdom on Friday evening, January 8, 2021 peacefully at her residence.
Lile was born on May 6, 1932 in San Benito, Texas to Abraham & Leonor Hernandez Garcia. She was a migrant worker who traveled to Michigan at an early age and was very dependable. She also lived in Michigan for many years before returning to her home town. Lile was a very hard working lady who helped raise her siblings, and took care of all of her nieces & nephews as her own children. She loved Elvis & Coca-Cola.
She is preceded in death by both her parents; and siblings, Jose Garcia, Ruben Garcia, Raul Garcia, Maria Jentsch, Josefina Banuelos, & Irene Zepeda.
Lile leaves behind her loving family to cherish her wonderful memory, siblings, Rose Mary Navarro (Jesus) & Cathy Briones (Edward), and numerous nieces & nephews whom she adored.
Visitation will be Friday, January 15, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service & Celebration of Life at 7:00 p.m. at Trinity Funeral Chapel.
