Debi worked at Digitec Medical Services for 17 years and loved bird watching. She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Meadows, Sr., and brother, Leroy Meadows, Jr. Debi is survived by her loving husband, John Richard Breland, Grayson, GA; children, Celeste & Anthony Artis, Urbana, OH; Larry & Claytona Ullery, Urbana, OH; Joshua & Marlene Preston, Mooresville, NC; Courtney Vanderford, Lawrenceville, GA; 12 grandchildren; and sister and brother-in-law, Meredith & Marcel Lavernu, Ocala, FL.
