Deanna Fink of New Lisbon WI recently passed away with her loving family by her side.
She is survived by her husband Steven Fink, Daughters Alicia, Andrea, and Cassandra Fink, Sons Cory and Joshua Fink, seven grandchildren, and 6 sisters and brothers.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother Charles and Lillian Jorgensen of Camp Douglas, WI.
Deanna will always be known for her kind heart and glowing smile. She welcomed everyone into her home with open arms, and always sent you home with something. She had a gift for having exactly what you needed anytime you had a problem. Whether handing you snacks from her purse or being a listening ear through troubling times, Deanna was always there for you.
In life her happiest moments were spent with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She traveled the world from Egypt to the Galapagos with a child like sense of adventure and wonder. Deanna would collect rocks throughout her travels, even from locations she probably shouldn't have. She would spend hours on the phone with her photography buddy, Carol, speaking their own second language. She loved spending time in her garden and we always joked she could grow a cactus in snow. She was a remarkable wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
We want to thank the amazing nurses and doctors of Gunderson Lutheran Hospital for their outstanding care and compassion.
All family and friends are welcome to join a celebration of life held on Sept 14th from 11-4 at the park by the Oakdale fire station.
