OTTOVILLE -- Dawn R. Bailey, 62, died on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at her home in Ottoville. A celebration of life memorial service will be held Saturday the 4th of June at the Pandora Park, Pandora, Ohio, beginning at 1:00 pm.
