DAVID MICHAEL LONER

Lafayette, IN - David's birthday was December 7th and he would have been 52. He passed away the week before his birthday of natural causes at his home in Lafayette. David graduated from Chatard in 1987 where he played football, ran track, and wrestled. He entered the Navy in 1988. David was an avid sports fan, along with his dad, and loved the Chicago Cubs and Indianapolis Colts. His passion was fishing at the family cottage in Buffalo Indiana where he caught many catfish. David was preceded in death by his loving father, J. David Loner. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Lee Loner of Lady Lakes, Florida and his three sons: Cody Allen Spitler ( daughter Adelynn), Dreyk Howell - US Army, Joseph M. Loner - US Navy; his sister, Stacey Loner of Chinle, Arizona; niece Jerra Loner, nephews, Joshua and Jacob Loner; brother, Falk Weishaupt - Germany, a former foreign exchange student who lived with Dave and his family for a year and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at All Saints Catholic Church, 112 E.
