David Lee Green

David Lee Green, 72, passed from this life to Heaven on April 15,2023. He was born in Midland, Texas on December 17, 1950, to Jessie D. Green and Elsie Friday. David was a hard-working man and had many career paths from truck driving to diesel mechanic to racecar building and driving. He enjoyed fishing, Nascar, horses, old western movies he called "Cowboy Shows", playing the guitar and gardening. He also enjoyed spending time with all the grandkids and great grandkids. Those left to cherish his memory are his children Wehnonah Green, and spouse Scott, Jessie Green and wife Anna and Christina Green, eleven grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, one brother Curtis Green of Midland, Tx., two sisters, Patricia Biver of Midland, Tx and Debbie Vincent of Sherman, Tx. and many friends and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother; Treva Green, brother Tommy Green, sister; Paula Green, granddaughter; Lainey Elizabeth Green, and many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. The Green family would like to say Thank You to Sweetwater Healthcare Center for caring for him and allowing us to visit him anytime we wanted. No services are planned at this time.
